We are between Signal Hill and Chinook Shopping Center and approximately 20 minutes to downtown, the University of Calgary, McMahon Stadium, Chinook Train Station, Heritage Drive, Quarry Park and Southland Drive. By car, Chinook Shopping Centre, Chinook Train Station and Grey Eagle Casino are 10 minutes away.
Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away.
Bedroom includes a queen size bed, dresser, large desk and large opening windows available for June 15th.

Rent includes a very nicely furnished bedroom with queen size bed, linen and pillow, all utilities, cable, wireless internet, desk, washer/dryer, locking bedroom door and access to a fully equipped kitchen as well as the rest of the home except other bedrooms.
You must be clean, pick up after yourself and be responsible.
There is no smoking, drinking, drugs, pets, sex in the room, vulgar behavior, overnight guests, loud music, etc to respect everyone in the home.
