It’s a great space with an amazing view! You would be sharing the common spaces with two other roommates (both females, Prerana and Rhythm) but the room is private.
About the apartment: 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 balcony, pool and laundry room in the building, close to a hiking trail and Davisville station (~8 min walk from the appartement). Near 2 major intersections: Davisville & Yonge and Davisville and Mount Pleasant. It has a lots of coffee & food places, grocery stores and shops around. Close to the gym. And it is close to Yonge & Eglinton. 20 min station to downtown. It will come mostly unfurnished, with possibility to buy the existing furnitures.
Rent: $1320/per month.
About the roomies
