Excellent location at Commercial/Broadway Skytrain station, which connects to all major transit lines in Vancouver! Great for someone who needs a central home from which to jet off on adventures. Our living room/kitchen is open concept in the sense that, combined, they total 250sf. Living room/kitchen is already furnished and stocked with basics :) Your room could come with a twin or queen sized bed 👌 Best for someone who doesn’t need to bring much else. Ensuite laundry! Garden plots available too 🌿 There are two other bedrooms in this suite with 3 other roomies, including myself. The whole house (of 2 other suites) has a chill communal vibe, with many types of pets. Very cute “garden oasis” in the back yard with covered patio area to get away from city life for a bit. No parking spot, but there is usually room for visitors to park next door. Absolutely no tobacco-based smokers vapes ok
