I’m seeking a female tenant interested in a longer-term rental beyond six months. Although the lease is month-to-month, I prefer someone looking to stay rather than sublet.

A bright, furnished room available in a spacious two-floor apartment above a store located in the heart of vibrant Greektown – just a 10-minute walk from Pape Station. Surrounded by charming cafes, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to transit and everyday essentials.

Rent includes all utilities, including hydro, gas, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy a quiet and clean living space with a well-equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, and convenient in-house laundry.

Small pets are welcome as long as they are non-destructive (no excessive barking or furniture damage). No smoking, please.

Hi! I’m a friendly and respectful young professional who enjoys a quiet and clean home. I value my alone time but also like to chat and occasionally hang out. I want the space to feel comfortable and welcoming for both of us. I am good with having a friend or two over sometimes, but not into parties or having people over every day. I keep things tidy and appreciate sharing the household in a relaxed, fair way.

I also have a pet bunny who stays in my room—he’s quiet, clean, and won’t bother you, but not sure how it would affect someone who has allergies.
