Looking for a friendly roommate to share my cozy place. The subway (Finch West - 5 min walk), bus stop and streetcar (3 min walk) are super close, making getting around a breeze. You’ll enjoy the cozy living room with a renovated kitchen – perfect for hanging out, study or just chill reading your favorite book.

*If you are new to Toronto and require temporary accommodation for a couple of months while you search for a more permanent residence, you are most welcome too.

The kitchen has all appliances necessary. (Ninja Air fryer, Ninja Blender kit, toaster and more). You’ll have a furnished bedroom with a queen bed, shelves, drawers and laundry in-unit available.

I’m here to make your life easier too. I’ll handle all the deep cleaning (yep, bathroom included), so you don’t have to stress about the heavy stuff. All you gotta do is keep up with your day-to-day use and help keep things organized.

You’ll be sharing the place with just me. I work full-time in office, and I hit the gym about 3x a week after work, getting home late night. so the space is calm and quiet most of the day.

I have a car, which means stress-free grocery runs whenever you need them. Whether it’s a quick dash for the essentials or a full stock-up for the week, I’m happy to drive. And when it comes to those heavy bags? Consider them handled—I’ll be right there to help carry everything in. It’s all about making your life easier and more comfortable.

I enjoy TV shows, video game, board games, and getting outdoors. I don’t bring friends to my place, and on weekdays I respect the job/studying routine. You can have your friends over, that’s something we can talk about. I like to chill in my bedroom most of the time but I can be social too. I’m quiet, clean, organized, super easy-going, flexible, and respectful of privacy – I know how important it is to have your own space.
