Room is available for single female occupancy only. Preferably someone who goes to office.

Available from 1st March. 4 months lease with an option to extend. The room comes unfurnished but can be furnished as our roommate might be selling her furniture. However I do have a bed frame that you may use. The living space is furnished. You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances such as instant pot, air fryer etc as well.

You would be sharing the common space with a female living in the other bedroom. I work 9-5. After 5 I do usually go out for workout or walk. I like to keep the place clean and maintain a respectful environment.
