I am in a spacious, very clean 2 BR apartment with a spare bedroom. The building is in the Richmond Woodroffe area near the river. It’s a clean, quiet well maintained building. There is an exercise room in the basement.

About the roomies

I am pretty easy going and hope you are as well. I am open to pets but it depends on the pet. My only concern would be scratching furniture. I have had two male roommates and found cleanliness was an issue, so I would prefer a female roommate.
