About the room
Room for rent in a 4 1/2 condo available starting January 1st.
The condo is located near the Technopôle Angus where there is a grocery store, some restaurants a couple of shops. It is also a 12min walk or 6min bus ride away from the Joliette metro. If you’re into biking, there’s also a few bike paths near the building.
The unit is on the second floor of the building with an elevator available at the entrance. The common area is full of light and there is even a small balcony perfect to have a morning coffee during the summer :)
Washer and dryer are in-unit, including A/C, a dishwasher and a central vacuum system. The bathroom is also equipped with a bath tub.
About the roomies
I am a Masters student at Polytechnique Montréal who likes to relax at home but also spend some time in the outdoors. I also have a part-time job and play water polo so I am in and out of the place most of the time!
