Looking for someone to share a brand new house in Edmonton in Calder neighborhood on a quiet residential street. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and you can even have a second bedroom that you could you use as an office or TV room . Kitchen and living room are shared. Garage parking included. The house is a brand new build, all furnished with new and modern furniture (even if it is not furnished on the pictures). No smoking, vaping, etc. permitted in the house. Easy access to Yellowhead highway.

You will be sharing the house with a 50-ish single man working evening and nights who keeps the house very clean and minds his own business. He is always up for a good laugh or friendly discussions if you are interested.
