A -5 mins drive or 10 mins bus ride to to Coquitlam centre where Walmart and TNT are inside. (If you like walking, it’s about 15-20 mins walk only) -Laundry and utilities are all included! And a high-speed internet is included in the rent. -monitored by security home system. Safety is top priority!

Conveniently close to 3 sets of bus stops that goes to the Centre and skytrains. Restaurants, cafe, SFU and more.

This is a family home therefore I am looking for someone who is;

(No couples) •Preferably to someone who has already experienced living on a family home and or in a shared home accommodation, or is willing to adapt. •we respect everyone in the house so I really do prefer someone who’s is clean and quite and respectful. • easy going, and mature. •Preferably no pets due to serious allergies. •no smoking. •no drugs. •no partying. •no overnight guest. •Must have a good reference, stable and proof of income, and will run a background and credit check.
