About the room

Room is fairly large with walk in closet and looks back onto nice vista. 10 minutes to Royal Roads and Westshore mall. Dog and cat live here and kept in my room when I work in the evening. This is a quiet home. No parties, lots of privacy, no drama.

About the roomies

I lead a busy life and I work evenings and currently have a dog I am training during the day. I don’t smoke or drink and I am environmentally friendly , recycle, garden when I have time. There is a dog and kitty that live here and both are kept in my room when I am not here and under control when I am. I offer reduced rent to anyone interested in yard work.
