We have a furnished room available in the basement of our home in Mississauga (Lakeshore & Cawthra). The room comes with a double bed, desk, television, and a large closet—perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and private space. The house is pet-friendly—we share it with our friendly cat and dog. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen (with your own fridge) for light meals and a shared laundry. The neighborhood is quiet, with beautiful parks, and a brand-new community centre offering drop-in classes, a gym, and a swimming pool. Port Credit is just 5 minutes by car (or a 35-minute walk), and the nearest GO station is Long Branch for easy commuting. Rent is $1,000/month, all utilities included (high-speed WiFi as well). A covered parking space is available for an additional fee. We’re a couple looking preferably for a student or professional, who shares our calm and respectful vibe. The ideal roommate is comfortable with pets and has experience with cats and dogs, keeps common areas clean and organized, and follows house rules. Non-smokers only (no smoking of any kind). No parties or loud gatherings.
