About the room
The room for rent has an area of 12 square meters + closet. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Electricity, heating and water are included in the rent. In the room there are 2 mirrors, a bedframe, a bedside table, and a lamp.
It is in a very safe area, with multiple restaurants, a Metro nearby, and about 15 minutes away (by bus) from Eglinton station and Eglinton-Yonge center. It is located on Bayview Avenue, between Eglinton and Davisville Avenues (google and you’ll see how cool the place is).
**The mattress, air conditioner, chair, and desk (that is dismounted in the pictures) are for sale. They are from my previous roommate that moved away.
About the roomies
I am a student at the Glendon campus of York University, very organized and clean. I am very calm and I am usually studying or watching things in my bedroom. Sometimes, I like to have friends over for dinner.
I am looking for an organized and clean, respectful, nonsmoking and calm roommate. I expect the roommate to be careful with people they bring inside the apartment. Students are preferred, since the schedule of exams would probably match and we would take care not to disturb one another.
