Lower portion of the house has one small furnished bedroom with shared bathroom with one person who only comes back in Nanaimo on her days off, room is available September 1st. The room has a queen mattress and frame, 1 dresser, lamp and closet. You will share a fridge with one person. There is a place to store all your cooking supplies in the kitchen. All utilities and wifi is included. Common areas are kitchen, living room and laundry. The house has everything you need except dishwasher. We wash dishes by hand. Please bring your linens and cleaning supplies. There is ample space for cooking, doing your laundry or if you just want to relax in the living room or in the front yard or backyard. Nothing fancy here, yet comfortable, we all get along here. The vibe of this place is positive and peaceful.

Your roommates are one full time care aide student, one full time care aid who works in the community and one registered nurse who only comes on her days off. Roommates are in 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s.
