This is a Peterborough ON. Location. Not too far from Adam Scott secondary.
Prefer full time female students ( university, college, secondary school), but will consider recent grads or those just starting their first job/careers.

Ok, let me try to explain;

I have 4 beds available in 3 bedrooms. One room has 2 beds - aka: a double room ideal for 2 friends or perfect for 1 person who wants more space. Asking; $500 for 1 room; $600 for the second single room.
$800 for room with 2 large single beds. Utilities are extra. Everything in these bedrooms is new, you supply your own bedsheets and pillow cases.

Females preferred: students, secondary, college, university- recent grads, those taking a year off from academia - all good. If you just started a new job/career, this is fine. If you have questions, then please send your cell and I will call - for a chat.

$500 +/- First, last, security deposit plus. Your share of utilities.
Rent is negotiable for longer term rentals.
Immediate occupancy is available.

Presently, there are 3 bedrooms available. 2 bedrooms have large double size beds. 1 bedroom has 2 large single beds. (Obviously) Locks on all bedroom &. Washroom doors. Almost everything is new; you supply your own bedsheets and pillow cases - please.

Please, no smokers, no pets, no drugs - not here. Please. Back up electrical generator. Central AC & Heat. Off road parking, is available. Laundry in building. 2 shared kitchens. 3 shared washrooms. WIFI or Ethernet. Monitored smoke/fire/intrusion alarm system. Co2 detector. Exceptionally clean: private, quiet. Large outdoor fenced with privacy screen - for good weather use; Bbq, lawn furniture.
