I have 4 beds available in 3 bedrooms. One room has 2 beds - aka: a double room ideal for 2 friends or perfect for 1 person who wants more space.
Asking;
$500 for 1 room; $600 for the second single room.
$800 for room with 2 large single beds.
Prices are somewhat negotiable if the rental period is longer.
Utilities are extra.
Everything in these bedrooms is new, you supply your own bedsheets and pillow cases.
Females preferred, but will consider males.
$500 +/- First, last, security deposit plus. Your share of utilities.
Rent is negotiable for longer term rentals.

About a 4 minute walk to bus pickup point. Approximately, 15 minutes to Trent University. 20 minutes to Oxford college. 30 minutes to Fleming College.
