The room will Be available the 15th of March but open for someone to move in on April the 1st.

• $1300/ month Everything included + the cleaning lady which comes once every 3 weeks.
• The bathroom will be shared by you and one male roommate
• There’s a gym at our 2nd floor.
• Laundry room ( Inside the apartment ),dishwasher and A/C
• 2 min walk from Marine Drive St Station
• 20 min away from Downton / 40 min away from UBC / 10 min away from the Airport/ YVR Outlet
• TNT , Liquor Store , Winner and Movie Theater across the street .
• BBQ on the balcony
• No pets
• We have house rules.

There will be two males ( 23 & 28 years old ) I ( Giancarlo / 28 ) work full time and I’m barely at home.

Asher ( 23 ) studies and sometimes works from home.
