Looking for a roommate to share a comfortable basement suite with everything included! Rent covers heat, water, electricity, waste pickup, TV, and internet, so no need to worry about extra bills. You’ll have a private room and share the kitchen, along with access to a washer and dryer within the suite.
The location is ideal – just a short walk to grocery stores and minutes from downtown. Please note that, due to building rules, pets aren’t allowed and no indoor smoking.
If you’re interested, feel free to reach out! Please only reach out by email for now or through this site or call me after 3pm at Five eight seven, two eight seven, one four zero four.
I am an older gentleman who travels frequently. I have spent my entire life in Canada. In my earlier years, I worked as a contractor for an extended period, and prior to that, I served in the Navy. I prefer roommates who are clean and look after their place. I’m pretty chill and like to keep to myself. If you have any questions about me or the place, please let me know!
