Myself and Chandni (current roommate) have lived here for two years now and love this place. We got a new landlord in July and he’s been great. We’re able to communicate with him about any problems we’ve had. He installed new lights in the basement and kitchen sink faucet recently. All of the bedrooms are spacious, there’s a seperate living room in the basement, kitchen is big, there’s two bathrooms. Unfortunately our third roommate/friend moved out to be closer to work. Chandni is a teacher (30) and I (27) work in the hospitality industry. We’re both independent people and easy to get along with. We like to maintain a tidy space and keep open communication with eachother. The place is furnished and well-equipped in the kitchen which we share. But your welcome to bring anything you have and we’ll make it work 🙂 I have a 8 month old puppy named Boo. He’s a samoyed and hypoallergenic. He’s super friendly and also house trained . He goes to a sitter when I’m out of the house so you won’t be responsible for him. His crate is located in my bedroom. YOUR ROOM: Your room is spacious, has high ceilings, and a walk-in closet with shelves. The wall with the black curtain is two doors that have been soundproofed on either side. There is a window that does not open in the room so your rent is lower then ours for this reason. We’ve spoken to the landlord and he is willing to get a window installed within 3 months if this is something you desire 🙂 Preference towards females.
