A beautiful, spacious house on a quiet residential street in East Mississauga. Close to Go Train, bus stop and HWY#427. Cost is $1100/month plus utilities shared 3 ways. Deposit of $100.00 required prior to moving in. First and last months rent on January 1, 2025. The tenant will share the third floor with one other woman. She will have a private, large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a spare room on the third floor that can be used as an office four days of the work week. The front entrance and living room (unfurnished) and shared with one other woman. The large kitchen is shared by the three of us. There is secure garage parking and a front, covered porch and a large backyard with a flower and vegetable garden. There is a washer and dryer and lots of storage space. Grass cutting is shared by the three of us.

We are two professional women who work full-time. One is also doing her MA. We are both busy and quiet. Our desire is to share common space in a quiet, harmonious, respectful, non-smoking space. We are also LGBTQ friendly.
