Transcona home - Shared accommodations. Seeking dependable, honest, kind/nurturing and clean person over 50. (Yup - all that lol :) We have a cat and require tenant who genuinely will love our cat always, and be very happy and willing to look after our cat well (and very lovingly) when we travel. Rent includes internet, water, heat and a/c when needed. Includes bedroom and entire shared clean, well maintained home in Transcona east. Rent is $1100.00 / month. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished. You will have entire home to yourself part of the year. So person must be very trust worthy naturally. Requires references, application, criminal check and deposit. No parties, no drugs / cannibas. Rental likely would involve some driveway / front stoop snow shoveling when we are away lol. No extra pets please (this, due to temperament of our cat :)

We are a great couple (over 50), responsible, level headed and grounded. Comfortable clean household. No partying in home. Overall decent and good people :) Looking for similar in person who rents.
