I’m looking for a female or LGBTQ+ roommate to share space in a bright basement suite in the Allendale neighborhood. I am queer myself would appreciate a queer-friendly roommate. I have an average-sized room available with a shared bathroom, shared laundry room and all utilities included for $800. Currently, there’s no pet policy, since the landlord of the property has allergies. No smoking inside the house, however, the backyard is free to use. The place is very bright, colorful, and homey.
