The place is some what furnished, but if you like to bring your own, please do so. The place is right in downtown, 5 min to grocery stores, shopping and public transport. 10 min walk to Stanley Park, 10 min to walk to Coal Harbor and 15 min to English Bay. Parking available if needed.
I am a working professional who will be out of town for the next 12 to 18 month and looking for someone who likes to move into my apartment. My room can be used as storage or as an office. So you basically renting your own 2 bedroom in downtown for the price of a one bedroom.
Lease term is minimum 6 months.
