ABOUT THE HOUSE:

• Very quiet residential neighbourhood

• 2 bedrooms in the basement of a house. Please note there is noise transfer from upstairs.

• Washer/Dryer in the unit.

• Shared bathroom with a shower/tub.

• Plenty of room in common area. Currently no furniture as my previous roommate furnished it but I’m working on it!

• there’s a window in the bedroom as well as in the living room.

RENTAL TERMS: Long-term preferred, short term also OK

ACCESSIBILITY: There are about 5 steps you need to go down to get to the front door. No visual alarms. No grab bars. Scented candles, are used, but I usually keep my door closed. One dog lives in the home. Peanut products present often in the home, so not suitable for those with allergies.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: first and last month’s rent, and the landlord mentioned we can discuss a new lease.

Hello! My name is Sabrina, I’m a 34 year old white queer woman. I work from home and I’m pretty quiet/introverted. When I’m not working, I’m either in my room or out with friends. I’m clean and like to keep the space clean and organized. I have a rescue dog, Mango, who is super friendly and loves attention. No other pets, please!
