Looking for 1 female only (no couples please) quiet, respectful tenant to share 4 bedroom/4 bathroom/3 level town home/duplex SE lake community of Auburn bay.

Offering to share home, renter’s primary living area is cozy, furnished/developed basement, sharing main floor kitchen and washer/dryer located on top floor.

$1000 rent + 1/3 utilities, includes: your own lower level private (4 piece) bathroom, 1 bedroom, furnished, private fridge, use of secure/ fenced backyard and patio.

• will consider one small/medium sized, house trained dog as long as there is pleasant coexistence with present household mini Golden doodle :)

Required: signed rental agreement with a Security Clearance background check and proof of employment. Damage deposit is $1000.00

Monthly lease for first 6 months, hoping for eventual long term situation.
