Hi, my name is Madeleine and I am looking for a roommate to move into the room I have available in my spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Outremont, sometime around Jan 1st (or earlier tbh!). The rent is just 750$/month!

The room for rent is pictured below, comes with a bed and some extra stuff like a clothing rack and lamp. It gets a lot of natural light (west-ish facing so you get the sunset light💯). The apartment itself is furnished and is at the 3rd and top floor of a nice apartment building in the Parc/Bernard area. Laundry is in the building. It’s a super nice and safe area, a maxi is opening super nearby 😮, its a 5 min walk to Outremont metro, 25 min commute to mcgill (or 15min to UdeM and 40 min to concordia). It’s also close to a lot of nice bars, cafés, and parks!

I’m 20 and I’m in my third year at concordia in communication studies. I love art and doing art things (3D, photography, videos). I love playing music but I’m respectful of noise and will wear my headphones on weeknights. I’m very nice and easy to get along with. I’m not a clean freak or a slob.
