My roommate is moving out in August and I am looking to continue renting out the room. The apartment is located in the building at 199 Kent Street in Ottawa

Rent is $1200 a month, with the an equivalent deposit needed upon moving in. The apartment is furnished with my furniture, but the room is unfurnished. I will be selling my previous roommates bed (frame & mattress), desk and chair this fall and these can be made available to incoming tenant.

Apartment has a full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Hydro-electric and internet bill is roughly $120 a month, divided evenly between myself and the roommate. Water is included in the rent.

Apartment is located in central Ottawa, with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, and other amenities. Parliament Hill and the University of Ottawa are a 10 and 20 minute walk respectively.

The building is managed by a condominium corporation. It includes monitored security, as well as access to a gym, pool and sauna.
