Start date is flexible: jan or feb. Women only. I am looking for a roommate for my 2bed,2bath+ den. It is a 5 min walk from both Queen and Dundas Station. Right by Eaton Center, St Michael’s, and Ed Mirvish Theatre. Very much the heart of downtown. Leasing 1 Bdr with an ensuite bathroom + the den as a work/study space. Got a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. Fully furnished and a balcony. Looking for someone to live with me for about a year at least. Going to need pay stubs, credit checks, etc for landlord! The bedroom has windows but they face the living room.

Note: wifi is NOT included in the utilities and the building doesnt allow pets (sad)
