About the room
Can be furnished, or not, as needed.
Located on Mt. Tolmie. It is a huge space (approx. 3500 sq ft, over 4 floors). The available room is smallish sized (12’ x 8’6“), with a large walk-in closet (8’6“ x 5’6“). This room has a shared bathroom (with a double vanity - you have your own sink) with one other roomate.
There are 2 seperate large living rooms, multiple decks (including a huge back deck and a big rooftop deck), a large kitchen, and parking in the driveway available. There is an inflatable hot tub and a cold plunge on another, smaller deck. Lots of plants, artwork, a fully stocked kitchen prime for cooking, sectional couches and tvs in both living rooms, tvs in most other shared spaces, smart speakers and lights throughout. There is space for practicing yoga, board/card games, or other activities inside and out. We have been working on a puzzle in the sun room on the top floor, and plan to start another when we are done!
About the roomies
I am a carpenter, my girlfriend works in healthcare, and our other roomate is an student. We are both 35, he is 20.
We keep everything neat and tidy, with the help of a dishwasher and 3 robot vaccums that run daily.
There is enough space to do things together, or easily have your own space - as so inclined. My girlfriend and I enjoy going for walks/hikes, listening to comedy (stand up and podcasts), watching tv/movies, puzzles/games. We also do quite a bit of cooking - love making tasty meals and enjoying them with a glass of wine.
