Le Plateau Right in front of the metro station Sherbrooke and a bixi station. 3 minutes walk from St Denis street 4 minutes walk from Downtown 6-7 minutes walk from La fontaine park 10 minutes walk from Blvd St Laurent (very active and commercial area)
It is a studio shared with myself and possibly you. Laundry in the building. I’m most of the time out, I usually go home to shower and sleep (ofc my routine could change). I don’t mind sharing my food, so I may provide most of your needs in food as well. You would need to bring your own bed, but I can help with that, if you don’t have one we can get you one. Other than that, I have everything here.
If you’re young and living on a budget, this place might be for you (negotiable price)
