• 2 floors (your bedroom is on the south east corner of the basement. The only bedroom on that side of the house)
• unfurnished bedroom, common areas are furnished but have space for a couple more pieces of furniture if needed

The room is $1020/month, and is currently around $1100 including electricity, gas, and internet - exact cost varies by month. The one catch is that we are being demovicted in 2 years. However, that means you’ll get a bunch of free rent at the end!?!
