We’re looking for the right person to join our home, someone who genuinely values living and participating in creating in a calm, respectful, and intentionally cared-for environment. Our home is designed to be restorative. It’s a place where people (you) can unwind, recharge, and enjoy a slower pace of life. We both work hard and appreciate coming home to a space that feels peaceful, organized, and easy to be in. We’re in a stage of life where wellbeing takes priority over late nights and parties, and we’re looking for someone who naturally enjoys a similar lifestyle. The Home • Private bedroom on 3rd level of a 4 level home available September 1 • $900/month incl utilities, wifi - 12 month lease starting with an initial 3 month trial period • Fragrance-free household to support health and chemical sensitivities is provided • Organic laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap are provided for everyone’s use • Spacious 4 level home with a large backyard, deck, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and infrared sauna • Plenty of outdoor space to relax, read, garden, or enjoy a quiet evening • Bright, welcoming common areas that are thoughtfully maintained • Home is shared with two wonderful small well-behaved dogs and one cat, so we’re unable to accommodate additional pets We’re Looking For Someone Who… • Works outside the home (preferred) • Appreciates a clean, organized, and functional living space • Is emotionally mature, respectful, and communicates openly • Naturally cleans up after themselves and contributes to keeping shared spaces beautiful • Values quiet, rest, and personal wellbeing • Is considerate of others and enjoys living cooperatively without drama • Understands that home is a sanctuary rather than a party house • Is comfortable living fragrance-free • Loves animals and enjoys sharing space with our dogs and cat • Appreciates privacy while also being warm and friendly when paths cross • Is financially stable and reliable If words like peaceful, grounded, intentional, respectful, and restorative resonate with you, there’s a good chance we’d get along. Stephen (60, M) and Allison (48, F): Allison works in the fields of trauma healing, education, and embodiment, and works primarily from a dedicated office in the home. She enjoys gardening, cooking, personal growth, and creating a home that feels peaceful, welcoming, and well cared for.

Stephen is a contractor who spends most of his time working off-site. He’s easygoing, practical, and enjoys music, nature, and spending time outdoors.

Together, we value open communication, mutual respect, cleanliness, and a calm, low-drama home environment. We enjoy the occasional conversation or shared meal while also respecting each other’s privacy and independence. We’re looking for someone who appreciates a quieter lifestyle and wants to contribute to a positive, considerate household.
