Forget your worries in this serene tranquil space that’s tucked away on a gorgeous corner lot across from a schoolyard. This luxury home with a beautifully designed interior has individual fully furnished bedrooms available for rent, 3 bedrooms on the upper level of a 4 level split along with a full bathroom that is shared. There are 2 bedroom suites downstairs which have their own shared bathroom.

The house is a spacious 1200 square feet up and down.

The common living room is complete with a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, spacious sectional couch and a TV connected to Netflix.

The kitchen has hardwood floors, a gas stove, microwave, hood range, ninja air fryer, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and all the pots & pans plates, cutlery and cooking utensils you’ll need.

The fire pit in the backyard is available for use when it’s safe to do so, please check any local limitations as they can change throughout the seasons.

The deck in the back has cushions in the deck box for the various chairs and the lawn chair.

☆ Rest easy: all the lawn care, shovelling and general maintenance taken care of for you by the live-in house manager. Laundry detergent (organic) and dish soap (organic) will be provided.

Laundry is shared, front and back entrances are shared. Street parking is freely available.

Keep cool with central air conditioning throughout the house.

Garage is not included. No pets, no exceptions, 1 person per bedroom max.

The nearest grocery store is a 3-minute drive from the house. Both Save-On and Sobey’s are on the intersection of Cumberland and 8th Street. The nearest organic grocery store is Dad’s Organic Market. Walmart, Home Sense, and others are at your fingertips in Stonebridge, just 3 mins south of the house.

The house manager lives on site, works long hours daily and is reachable for emergencies.
