This house is located along 8th Street by Victoria Avenue. The home consists of 2 floors and a basement and comes with a detached garage. Living here is convenient. Close to Broadway, its only a few minutes of walking to a bunch of restaurants. If you take public transportation theres about 5 bus stops with different bus routes. This house comes with 3 bedrooms- of which two are vacant. The rooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom 1 comes with ensuite washroom renting for 775$. With bedroom 2, future tenant will have to share the washroom with 1 housemate for 750$. There is also another washroom downstairs. The house is very spacious- theres a sunroom, a living room, and an extra room for storage. The monthly fee includes rent and bills. Only female tenants will be considered. Pets are allowed for a flat fee of 250$. We currently have a student plan for the internet- landlady is willing to cover $50. Remaining will have to get split between housemates.
