Looking for a female graduate student or working profession to sublet a bedroom in a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment from March 1st for long-term rent until May 1st, 2027 with option to renew.
Current roommates are graduate students from Dalhousie. We are looking for someone who is like-minded, respectful and clean.
Rent includes heat, AC and hot water. Power and internet are separated bills, shared between 3 roommates. Rent is $876 from for a bedroom, sharing bathroom with another female roommate (rent will increase to 909 after April if renew due to current lease). Power is roughly $100 a month (total), internet is $145 (total) and insurance is $12 per person
Apartment includes: kitchen, in-suite laundry, lots of storage space, balcony.
The location is very convenience, closed to Superstore, Sobey, bus route, looking right at the waterfront. Within walking distance to SMU (15 minutes) and Dal (30 minutes).
The room is unfurnished. The apartment is currently furnished.
