Hello all! I’m currently looking for one or two roommates starting March 1st!

You’ll be using the bedroom+den, and sharing the kitchen&bathroom only with me

Rent is $1125 and the deposit is half of month’s rent ( utility and internet not included ) If two people wants to rent a room, the rent will be $1325 Long term is preferred!

🛋 The room is furnished! There’s a dining table and chairs in the living room. The location of each furniture is a bit different from photo!

🏠There’s a washing machine and dryer in the house. All basic kitchenwares are prepared as well!

🧹Taking turns every week for cleaning and taking out garbage.

🌐Internet speed is currently at 560. It can be upgraded if it’s too slow

Location wise, it’s only 5 minutes walk to Nanaimo Skytrain station but no train noise at all. It is a very quiet neighborhood that’s safe even at late nights! Safeway, T&T and Trout Lake is close by.

Sorry but no party, sublet, smoking or pet. You’ll also be writing the contract with the landlord and me!

A little about me: I’m Korean, female in mid 20’s and I’m currently working full time 5 days a week. I’ve been living in this house for almost 2 years now and really want to stay as long as I can, so I’m hoping to find a roommate I can get along with :)
