On small waterfront acreage. Room is serene tons of property privacy. Deluxe, beautiful clean and large room with closet organizer. Around 1400 sq., ft unit area with semi-private 57 long covered deck which over looks ocean, forest, mountains.

Garden area to plant. :) Common firepit overlooking water. Calm, peaceful and shared 1+ acre backyard property.

Most utilities included and fully furnished TV included (as is will not be replaced if broken), wi-fi offered, but not always promised) electricity,, hot water, cable, security system, exterior camera’s only.

(Possible certain day Hot Tub privilege.)

Beautiful waterfront accommodations you’d be proud, feeling at home to live in. Laundromat in Sooke.

Two, beautiful, clean, fully furnished rooms with oceanfront view, available sharing common space with one or two other and landlord has access into unit as this is a room rental situation and fair price reflects.

Most utilities included shared cost of propane fireplace or exclude from unit usage. Roomie’s choice.

Well treed property path leading to alcove beachfront. 🙂

Absolutely no smoking/no parties. Quiet, respectable community-like, outside share backyard property with me, does their share of care, if property is used.
