Available September 14th for short term (ideally 3 - 4 months). Great for UBC students. This is a private furnished room in a spacious and clean 2 bedroom suite in the heart of Kitsilano, a block from 4th Ave and a couple of blocks from the beach.

All utilities including heat, hot water, gas, hydro, and high speed wifi are covered with rent. In building laundry $5/load. Plenty of street parking available and you can get away without a residential parking pass.

Close to express bus routes to UBC and downtown

I work a Monday to Friday (mostly business hours) professional job and keep it pretty chill otherwise/at home. I appreciate cleanliness and respectful interactions. In my spare time I spend as much time as I can in the mountains and you’ll find me on the beach playing volleyball in the summer.

Ideally I am looking for a like minded young professional or student. Must be a non drug user/partier, and prefer to live with someone who is relatively clean and tidy. Must love cats as one lives here.
