My house is in a nice mature subdivision located in a school zone. Large fenced yard. Heated inground pool. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms. Finished basement. Full kitchen. Living room on main floor with tv and games for kids, dining room currently just an open room to relax has gas fireplace and walks out to concrete pool deck, tv rec room, laundry, storage, in basement. Garage with lots of room for storage. I try to keep the house tidy and yard well maintained. All the neighbours are great and have pride of ownership, it is a nice peaceful neighborhood. I’ve got two kids I pick them up from school each day and their mother picks them up from the house at 7pm each evening, shared custody and have them every other weekend.

Own a dog named Brian he is a good dog but he is not small, I enjoy fitness, outdoors, music, entertaining. Work straight day shift for the City of Guelph. Leave early in the morning throughout the week. I keep my house tidy as I can and I maintain the pool and front and back yard to the best of my ability. It’s a nice peaceful neighborhood in a school zone. Ideal candidate would be a single parent.
