Hi! My roommate is moving out and I’m looking to find someone for Aug 1 or slightly before. I’m a young professional who works from home 3-4 days a week. The location is a 2 second walk to Kipling Station, minutes away from cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies, parks. LGBTQ+ friendly.

FOR RENT: Large size room with an en suite bathroom in spacious 2bd 2bth apartment.

LOCATION: Viking Lane, Etobicoke. Steps away from Kipling station. Cafes, shops and businesses in walking distance. Perfect for those who work in Mississauga.

AMENITIES: Swimming pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room, billiard, cinema, golf simulator.

PRICE: $1415 + 50% hydro & wifi

LEASE TERMS: We will sign a new lease together (12 months)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, ID, and references.

FURNITURE: The room can be unfurnished or furnished at no extra cost.

Expectations:

Take a fair part in cleaning, and keep the common spaces tidy. My current roomie and I alternate cleaning every weekend (one week it’s me, the next it’s him)
Communication is important, for example, if you have guests coming over or going on vacation, if there’s an issue you’d like to bring up, etc.
