Your room will be fully unfurnished. Bring your own furniture, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies. Your room is a spacious basement room. It is the second biggest room in the house with ample storage space!

Rent will be $650, with utilities included! Note: wifi is not included. A security deposit of $650 will mandatory prior to moving in. Available on January 4, 2025 to August 27, 2025

We are looking for a female student or young professional who is quiet and tidy. You will be living with 3 other girls. No pets allowed!

The house is a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhome with tons of natural light! The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, and the laundry room. The shared living room, kitchen, and half bath is located on the mainfloor. The basement also has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and the furnace room located inside one of the bedrooms.

Your future home is a 5 minute drive to the University and 8 minute walk to the bus stop. It is walking distance from Sunridge Station therefore Tim’s is only a short walk away!
