Beautiful 1500sq duplex on a pan handle lot. Very private and quiet.
This cute room can be furnished or unfurnished. Cost includes laundry. I am looking forward to sharing a meal once in awhile, but you are responsible for your meals. My cat is very friendly. The kitchen is shared and offers a large space to hang out. There is a covered deck off the kitchen with a pretty garden.

All one level. I am hoping to share with someone who is quiet, respectful and tidy. No heavy drinkers or indoor smokers.

I work from home. As a new resident to Duncan I am still figuring this town out. My kids have grown and I am renting the room as this housing crisis is crazy.
