** Note that I have 2 tiny pomeranians… I won’t ask you to do anything, but you need to like small dogs! Worst case scenario, you’ll have free emotional support if you’re going through stressful exam weeks or work deliverables! ****

Here what is included:

Less than 5 min from the Metro Saint-Henri Furnished room (except the work desk but we can arrange something) The whole apartment is also furnished, which includes couches, tables, chairs, stove, fridge, micro-wave, washer and dryer. INTERNET INCLUDED! I have extreme high speed, so I don’t see any problem sharing it for free! :) TV in the living room with Netflix and Prime for free (Parking lot (outside) for an extra 50$/month is possible) … The only thing that I don’t include is the hydro bill. Will be split equally in two! :)

Moins de 5 minutes du métro Saint-Henri Chambre toute meublée (sauf le bureau, mais on peut en reparler) Tout l’appartement est meublé, ce qui comprend, tables, chaises, divan, four, frigidaire, micro-onde, laveuse, sécheuse INTERNET INCLUS: vitesse très haute donc je n’ai absolument aucun problème à le partager gratuitement :) TV dans le salon avec Netflix et Prime (Stationnement extérieur pour 50$/mois additionnels) …. Seule chose que j’inclus pas est la facture hydro, qui sera séparée également en 2! :)

I’m a consultant working full time. I lived in my condo for over 2 years, and now looking for a roommate for the next couple of months. I love dogs, going out with friends, and spending time with my family!
