Master bedroom fully furnished with cooking appliances. Room door is sealed when closed. Included fast internet tv, desk, chair, recliner chair, single bed, air fryer, induction cooker microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, etc. Half bath ensuite, shared master bath for shower immediately outside room door. Also welcome to use anything needed in main area. See pictures. TV comes with Bell streaming device incl premium channels netflix, amazon prime, YouTube and personal Plex media server with over 50 Series and movies. We provide Shotz bone conduction headphones for great sound, loud as you like with no bother to others. We use also these beadphones with our TV. Pay for laundry in building basement. We provide kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, bedding. Not towels. Walk score 79 very good. Busses 36- (50 meters walk), 106 41 short walk. Easy connect to finch west station, or walk 15 mins. Local convenience store across fountainhead rd Petrocanada convenince with Tim Hortons on corner Finch & Sentinel. Small mall about 10 minutes with food take out groceries etc. No pets but be hard to refuse another cat. Work from home ok but not if on phone all the time like sales or customer service.

I’m a retired engineer/computer nerd, wife Hanan works full time commuting to midtown via TTC. Easy going couple. Rent month to month. We are in no rush to rent, priority is good fit.
