About the room
The room is furnished and has its own closet. Very spacious and bright.
The apartment is located on Fraser Street and 33rd Avenue, it is on the first floor, stairs and elevator available. It is near to Queen Elizabeth Park. Buses 8 and 33 have stops next to the building and across the street (it takes one minute to get to any bus stop). Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and lots of utensils to cook. Laundry is available in the basement.
Commercial areas at walking distance: supermarket, restaurants, liquor stores, weed stores, pharmacies, dentists, doctors, etc. Also there are parks and community centers close by.
About the roomies
Only me. I’m a simple guy, 37 years old, mexican, engineering background, now working for the hospitality industry as a consultant.
I have morning schedule at work and do home office in the evenings. I am usually quiet and relaxed. I like having beers at home once in a while, visitors are welcome as long as they behave.
I like cooking at home, expect some tasty food from time to time. I’m also a craft beer lover. Good vibes only 😎
