I’ve just moved into 2BR with 2 Bath brand new apartment near the hospital and rec center. I am looking for a roommate to share with. Rent is total $1950 total, plus utility and your own rental insurance. You can have a master room with a bathroom with a shower for $1,000, and I can use another room if you like. Another room is smaller and a bathroom with a bathtub by the room, not inside of the room. I like a bath tub, so I prefer that way. It is partially furnished although the post says “unfurnished. I am planning to get a bed for your room on Feb 23rd. You can get your other furniture.
