Available April 1st. A room available in a semi, in a nice neighbourhood in Collingwood. Close to downtown and the trails. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, but shared living spaces and laundry. There is also a parking spot in the driveway. Internet and utilities are also included. Looking for someone tidy and respectful.
