This room is fully furnished with a small wardrobe, cabinet, desk but an incredibly comfortable bed. The suite itself is small but has everything you need and all services work accordingly. The rooms aren’t wall to wall so you do have privacy although the room available is right next to the kitchen of the other basement suite next door. It’s easy to maintain and you would be living in a fun but relaxed household. We have access to the laundry on the weekends but if you need to wash during the week you can do so by organising with the landlord. Also the laundry is next to my room which you would have to pass by which Is no hassle for me. The property is situated with easy access to public transport. There are bus stops literally outside the property. You can arrive at Langarra 49th skytrain station in 10mins via bus and also take a bus to downtown. Also Metrotown is only 20-25mins away in Bus. There’s also the 22 which takes you straight to downtown. It’s super convenient honestly. Fraser St, Victoria drive and 41st avenue are all 10min walk. Bills included.
I’m a Male in my 30s and I would say I keep it quite chilled and relaxed during the week as my schedule is filled with work and exercise. So I do need my rest. But I enjoy my weekends. I do like to have fun, chat, laugh and go out. I am a clean snd tidy person and I do expect whoever I’m living with to help maintain the cleanliness of the place. I’m also respectful and considerate.
