I am looking to sublet my room starting preferably January 1st or February 1st, in a 2-bedroom apartment that I share with my twin brother. You’ll have the chance to enjoy the larger room 😉

The apartment is ideally located across from a Loblaws, an LCBO (for lively nights!), a Starbucks, and a Dollarama. Also, the nearest Streetcar station is just downstairs, and the closest subway station (College) is only a 5-minute walk away.

You’ll have access to a gym, a sauna, a coworking space, a patio, and a BBQ. The apartment is also equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and air conditioning/heating.

The price is $1500, all utilities included.
