You have access to a shared bathroom on the same floor, a furnished living area, and a kitchen with fridge/freezer, flatware, utensils, and cookware. The main entrance is shared, although access to the second floor and your private room are keyed. The entire top floor is a exclusive area for you and one other. The area is beautiful with walkable paths along the river and parks. There are grocery stores, restaurants, the cinema, and the Bayshore mall within walking distance. OC Transpo is available nearby as well as the Bayshore bus station.

About the roomies

I am a very respectful woman that enjoys a bit of TV in her downtime. I would like to bring someone into my home that is respectful as well but please feel free to enjoy this home. I live on the lower level with a few other people. We get along very well, watching TV together and sometimes cooking together.
