The main entrance is shared, although access to the basement is keyed. The entire basement is a exclusive area for you. The area is beautiful with walkable paths along the river and parks. There are grocery stores, restaurants, the cinema, and the Bayshore mall within walking distance. OC Transpo is available nearby as well as the Bayshore bus station.
I am a very respectful woman that enjoys a bit of TV in her downtime. I would like to bring someone into my home that is respectful as well, but please feel free to enjoy this home. I live on the main level with a few other people. We get along very well, watching TV together and sometimes cooking together
