The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver in between Rogers Arena and BC Place. The room is suitable for a female who is clean, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. The room is unfurnished but every where else is furnished in the apartment. The apartment building has a gym and a few party rooms and rooftops - perfect for hangouts in the summer.
